Cancellation

YOU HAVE A RESERVATION IN OUR BED AND BREAKFAST

Do you want to cancel it, postpone it?

Today, in view of the state of health emergency in which we find ourselves, the guesthouses are stationary.

Regarding your future reservations, note that a government ordinance was published on March 25, 2020 concerning tourist stays planned during the confinement period (and until 15/09/20).

This order authorizes me to systematically offer you a credit note, valid for 18 months, corresponding to the deposit paid in my guest rooms. The hosts are no longer obliged to reimburse customers in order to preserve the companies' treasuries.

If, after 18 months, you have not used your credit, you can request a refund.

However, I can understand that some of you cannot help but ask for the refund of the deposit paid, in this case, I will ask you not to cancel via my website but to go through me directly.

Here are the two choices available to you:

- a credit note of the amount of your deposit paid. This credit will be valid for 18 months.

- a full refund of your deposit : Please note, my small business is very affected by the situation, I will try my best to reimburse you as soon as possible but my cash flow may not hold up against this virus. I ask you for the greatest understanding if the reimbursement reaches you a little later than expected.

Stay at home ... to stand out better!
