For stays initially planned from March 1 to September 15, 2020:
If you have a credit note dating from this period, it is valid for 18 months. Please contact me directly by phone or email to use it during your next stay. At the end of the 18 months, you will be able to request reimbursement but your request must be made before the due date.
For stays from September 15, 2020:
Cancellations related to Covid-19 will be subject to an automatic refund of the deposit. They will be valid only:
- If you are unable to go to the rental location (confinement, isolation, travel ban, etc.)
- If you are sick with Covid-19.
- If I'm sick.
Proof will automatically be requested from you, issued by the health authorities.
IMPORTANT: From 07/21/21: vaccinated people are no longer considered as a contact case.
If you cancel for other reasons, the reservation cancellation conditions apply.
