THE GÎTE FORMULA
Rental of the house:
- 3 comfortable rooms, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility. The house can accommodate up to 6 people .
- 2 private parking spaces on the street side & free spaces on the street
- Independent entrance
- Large garden and terraces, pond and water slide (possible barrier on request to be installed before your arrival to secure)
- Secure bicycle space in the garden
- Common room with small kitchen , books, comics and board games
(fridge, electric hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, crockery for 8 people)
- A cat and a rabbit on site (our neighbor takes care of it when we are away)
- Plancha and barbecue on request (outdoors only)
- Supermarket & bakery at 300 m
Prices & Conditions:
The house can accommodate 4 to 6 people. The price can be adapted depending on the number of rooms you need.
Low season (October to April): € 170/night
High season (May - September): €225/night

Booking conditions:
Payment of 30% upon booking, 100% upon arrival.
Free cancellation more than 3 months from arrival: refund of deposit
Cancellation 3 months before arrival up to D-15 of arrival: loss of 30% deposit paid by the Tenant
Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival: the entire stay is due to the Lessor. The Tenant must pay the balance of the stay.
A rental contract will be established between the parties. A civil liability certificate is required.
Additional costs:
- Tourist taxes: 5% + 10% additional tax
- Deposit: €900 (required)
- Weekly cleaning fee: €100 (obligatory)
Outside the kitchen: The kitchen and the room must be cleaned by you, the dishes clean and put away.
- Weekend cleaning package (2-3 nights): €50 (obligatory)
